History of By Appointment DMC
Founded in 2011 by Peter Costelloe, the journey started by providing concierge services solely in Ireland, by 2014 the business had started to build its own in-house fleet of executive vehicles and employing its own professional driver guides. The UK quickly followed as a response to customer demand.
In 2015 now with additional new owners, the By Appointment DMC team benefitted from a strong Executive and Management, and with significant Corporate experience continued to add new vehicles, recruited additional driver-guides as well as Travel itinerary specialists. This ensured a one stop offering designed and delivered by its team of professional driver-guides and Travel executives.
By Appointment DMC’s global headquarters remain in Ireland at Shannon Airport and its Directors and owners are Peter Costelloe, Steve Gulvin and Keith Wood. All have extensive experience in the corporate transportation and concierge environment having worked for VIP organisations in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East over the past 35 years.
